She is the spouse of Dr. Bo Sramek, founder of the group. She had retired since 2017 but she will be providing hand-off advice for the business strategies in the long run.
Mr. Antony TC Leung

Group Chairman, Global Operation
He was an FCA and ex-partner of PricewaterhouseCooper (PwC), with in-depth experience in audit, tax and corporate governance to ensure the company achieve professional level of requisite to be IPO in the upcoming years.
Mr. Toney KM Lam
MBA
Group CEO, Global Operation
He has been in the senior managerial position in listed companies for more than 10 years, equipped with professional experience in the healthcare and wellness sectors. He has also worked as a software architecture in smart healthcare device development.
Ir. Miloslav Pontrac
MBA, BA
Group CTO, Global Operation
He has been working with Dr. Bo Sramek for more than 20 years and developed the first device. He has a master’s degree in cybernetics and artificial intelligence software. He plays a significant role in both hardware and software development of our products.
Mr. Alexander Wong

Executive Director, US Operation
He has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 15 years, mostly in the US market. He helps to facilitate our company’s collaborations with the US markets.
Mr. Victor Ho
MBA, PMP, VP – Product, Asia Operation
He worked as head of product development in reputable companies such as Nokia, Fujikon and Geberit. He is an adviser for product development and the executive director for our Asia Operation.
Mr. Adva Huang
CTO, China Operation
He has worked with Mr. Toney Lam as a software engineer for more than 10 years. He is well experienced in software engineering on all mobile platforms.
Ms. Cai Li
Operation Manager, Asia Operation
She is the leading staff of Cardiax Lab. She monitors all operation services and marketing activities in the Asia market.
